Agora Capital LLC seeks to acquire and operate established businesses with the following criteria. Businesses that deviate from these criteria will be evaluated on an opportunistic basis.
- Approximately $2 - $15M in revenue
- Consistent track record of profitability
- EBITDA margins of 15% or greater
- Geographic preference of North Eastern United States (NY, NJ, CT, PA)
